Tickets for Dolby Theatre events may be purchased the following ways:

We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized brokers as your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Dolby Theatre does not validate parking. However, many of the businesses at Hollywood & Highland do, and we encourage you to shop and dine in the area. A list of businesses which validate may be found here.
You may also pre-purchase parking for the Hollywood & Highland garage through ParkWhiz. Limited spots available.
Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Traffic in and around Hollywood can be congested at times, so please allow yourself plenty of time for travel, to find parking, use the restroom and purchase concessions before the event begins. Ushers will direct you to your seat and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the theatre’s amenities.
Wifi is available for e-tickets in the level 1 and 2 rotundas for all Broadway In Hollywood performances. There is no public Wi-Fi inside the facility.
Food and beverage from our concession stands is permitted inside the theatre. Outside food and beverage (with the exception of unopened water bottles) is not allowed. Concessions are available for most public events and include a variety of delicious food and beverage options from Wolfgang Puck Catering.

Please note, the Dolby Theatre is an operating facility with a busy performance schedule and therefore tour availability and access routes are subject to change. Dolby Theatre has accessible bars and restrooms on each floor, along with elevators that span all five lobby levels.
